Lime Putty
Also known as Fat Lime, Air Lime or High Calcium Lime. Produced by burning local Irish limestone in a kiln to create quicklime which is slaked with water and then stored under water for a minimum period of 3 months to 'fatten up'.
A traditional and natural product with great versatility. It can be used on its own to re-point tight joints or in addition with fine aggregates to create subtle finishes, plasters and mortars.
Putty is available either in 20kg tubs or in 1 tonne IBC bags.
